2026 Employer of the Year Award

Description

Each year, HPNA and HPCC award one Employer Partner as the Employer of the Year. This award is given to the organization that has provided substantial and comprehensive support of their employees through professional development, education, and certification programs for hospice and palliative caregivers. 

The Employer of the Year receives a plaque to display in their office, special acknowledgement on the HPNA website and social media, and a travel stipend for one employee to travel to Annual Assembly.

Please note, organizations cannot be selected more than once in a 5-year period. Additionally, organizations that employ members of the HPNA or HPCC Board of Directors are not eligible to receive this award.
